4. Royalties & Payouts

Royalties are reported and paid out according to the payout schedule disclosed in your partner dashboard. Minimum payout thresholds and processing times may apply.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that infringes on third-party rights, contains hate speech, illegal material, or violates the policies of any partner platform. Violations may result in immediate removal and account termination.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform or our partners.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dorpon Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
